ow do you start a bio without historical, factual information, academic accomplishment, or where
you were born...who I am has nothing to do with any of that, beyond giving anticipated data and limiting definition.

I am, by nature, friendly, fun, creative, intelligent, sometimes witty, occasionally moody, lovingly bossy, and when needed, unnervingly confrontational...a sponge for knowledge about almost everything, and passionate about whatever I am into at the current moment in time.

I have a life-long affair with study and learning, world history, understanding human collaboration and its breakdowns, technological and scientific breakthroughs and their impact on humanity. I am fascinated with the world’s preoccupation with power, economic domination, and the vast collection of cultural ideals concerning peace and war ...

Closer to home, I am an activist for animals and their rights, human rights, the arts, American homelessness, vanishing indigenous populations, the extinction of our earth’s resources and her decline, philosophical, ecclesiastical and spiritual development of all mankind,

personal and professional accomplishment, and contributing to mankind is sort of a moral imperative,
from my point of view.

I love traveling, reading and writing. I am lifted by all triumphs over limitations and conditions. I admire courage, intelligence, humility, and conviction that results in personal peace and self-fulfillment. I am moved by suffering, as well as brilliance. I am motivated by purpose, the need to escape the mundane, my animal companions, occasionally my human ones, and an inner desire to live fully and do my very best at whatever I endeavor.

I have studied and received degrees, licenses,
and certifications (even awards and honors) in the following: Nursing, Psychology, Addiction, Leadership & Personal Effectiveness, Theatre Arts, Advertising Arts, and of course, Fine Arts, Photography and Writing.

I have met and worked side-by-side with amazing people from all walks of life, learning much along the way, inspiring much of my artwork.

In the last decade, I've been employed by Design Agencies, The Albuquerque Public Schools District,
The University of New Mexico, and have owned my own business, simultaneously. I know computers, software, color, paint, paper, printing, and prepress production, as well as I know advertising arts, graphic design, and the psychology of selling and branding.

Finally, complex, curious and passionate, every day is an adventure I seek to fill with kindness, purpose and accomplishment. Let's work and play hard.
